Assist branch manager with lettings, tenant liaison, negotiations, marketing & KPI support.

Tasks

-Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards -Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants -Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPI’s -Ensuring your colleagues and the business in risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. -Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills -Canvassing the local area -Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies -Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs -Providing support to your colleagues in your managers absence

What You Bring

-Experience leading others in a professional environment -Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle -We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate -Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) -Full UK Driving Licence -Drivers Licence Check -Attention to detail -Good telephone manner -Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment -Ability to work under own initiative -An understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings -Proof of Address -Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
