Overview

Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers and refrigeration.

Tasks

-Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems. -Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts. -Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems. -Participates in the ongoing training available to our crews to keep updated on the newest equipment and latest software for HVAC equipment. -Responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

What You Bring

-Commercial experience as a HVAC and Refrigeration Technician -Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas. -Strong oral and written communication required. -Knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, heat pump, and HVAC equipment -Must have an EPA Certification (608) Universal License -Ability to read and understand blueprints. -Valid Driver’s license and able to maintain a good driving record. -Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments. -5+ years of field experience as Licensed Journeyman in HVAC
