Tasks
-Leading and facilitating estimate and scope review meetings with project stakeholders -Reviewing drawings, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy and completeness in estimates -Providing clear, data-driven recommendations to support project decision-making -Preparation, analysis, and validation of CSA construction estimates at all design stages -Supporting cost planning, benchmarking, cost control, and cost reporting throughout project lifecycle -Maintaining up-to-date project cost reports and supporting senior leadership in forecasting and reporting -Partnering with project and design teams to provide cost guidance and value engineering input -Assisting with procurement activities, including bid leveling and tender analysis -Managing and tracking cost data, budget performance, and change order evaluations

What You Bring
-Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and take-off procedures for civil, structural, and architectural trades -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with estimating software -Minimum of 3 years of CSA estimating experience within large-scale industrial or semiconductor construction environments -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced client environment and manage multiple priorities effectively -Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
