Overview
Senior Land Rep manages acquisition/negotiation of land rights for pipelines.

Tasks
-Develops and implements policies and procedures -Analyzes real estate developments and transactions; provides input and execution strategies -Collaborates with legal counsel to develop, coordinate and maintain land-related contracts, write and approve legal descriptions and create and maintain other legal documents -Accounts for the negotiation, acquisition and management of land and property rights for pipelines and facilities -Crafts budgets for growth capital and maintenance projects -Supervises and supports large scale maintenance, operations, relocation, and abandonment projects -Represents the company in public hearings, meetings and other external events -Mentors other land team members or contract support
