  • Conduct field audits and evaluate incident metrics.
  • Verify isolation points in the field and inspect panels.
  • Respond to corrective actions and ensure consistency in meeting safety milestones.
  • Review and approve all planned electrical work energization requests.
  • Ensure all energized work boundaries are properly identified and controlled.
  • Oversee adherence to lockout/tagout, energization procedures, and compliance with approved permits.
  • Resolve electrical safety concerns and maintain full compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and operations teams to manage safe energization sequences.

  • Experience in mission-critical or high-risk construction environments.
  • Formal electrical licensing or equivalent field experience.
  • Expertise in medium- and low-voltage distribution, switchgear, and commissioning practices.
  • Strong background in electrical safety and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with NFPA 70E and OSHA 1910.147 standards.
  • 10+ years of experience as a licensed journeyman or master electrician.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and auditing complex lockout/tagout and energization procedures.
