Tasks

-Support incident investigations, corrective action tracking, and safety program initiatives. -Assist with day-to-day EHS activities, safety inspections, and recordkeeping. -Conduct pre-job briefs and EHS observations. -Provide coverage during peak project periods or project start-ups.

What You Bring

-EHS experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. -Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related technical discipline. -3-5 years of experience in an industrial safety environment. -OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification preferred. -Strong organizational skills for managing records, reports, and compliance documentation. -Ability to conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and safety observations. -Demonstrated commitment to fostering a strong safety culture. -Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging employees at all levels.
