-Oversee HR teams in China, Malaysia, and Singapore, serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders and site management to drive business and people priorities. -Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. -Drive HR transformation and digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making. -Lead HR harmonization across regions by aligning policies, practices, and processes to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

Our client is a manufacturing multinational on an exciting growth journey and is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to run their HR operations for the region. -Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, managing HR operations across multiple sites in Asia, with a strong emphasis on China. -Degree-qualified with a HR-related discipline and at least 10-12 years of HR experience, primarily in business partnering roles within large international organisations. -Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with regional stakeholders. -Familiarity with Workday HRIS platform is preferred.
