Tasks

-Work as a contributing team member within a multidiscipline team. -Collaborating with internal marketing and subject matter experts to develop highquality proposals -Monitoring internal systems to identify new project opportunities -Edit technical reports for clarity and language proficiency -Manage administrative tasks including project registration, file organization, and equipment tracking. -Create promotional materials to support marketing efforts. -Coordinating project schedules, deliverables and budgeting using internal tools -Plan and coordinate business development events and team participation.

What You Bring

-Comply with Stantec's EH&S program. -Ability to work with others on large complex proposals and projects. -Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. -A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn. -Strong desire to learn and work in a team environment -Proficient in relevant software programs including (MS) Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and proposal development apps such as InDesign -Ability to solve problems using sound professional judgment, creativity and innovation. -Recognizes when functional problems are developing and proactively initiates appropriate corrective actions. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of English proficiency (postsecondary English is an asset) -Understand and work within Stantec's quality control guidelines.
