Tasks

-Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple deliverables with tight deadlines. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, operations, PMO) to gather and organize content. -Provide proactive updates and follow-up to ensure project milestones are met. -Translate complex manufacturing data and processes into visually structured, easy-to-understand formats. -Create clear visuals, charts, and diagrams to represent workflows, KPIs, and project updates. -Ensure consistency in visual standards, formatting, and messaging across all presentations. -Develop, edit, and adapt PowerPoint presentations in English to support manufacturing, engineering, and management teams.

We are seeking a Validation Engineer I (Presentation Specialist) with advanced PowerPoint expertise and a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will transform complex technical and operational information into clear, visually engaging presentations for diverse audiences. This is a remote position, ideal for a self-directed professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines. -Experience creating technical or executive-level presentations. -Strong time management and prioritization abilities. -Proactive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments. -Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote setting. -Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies. -Excellent attention to detail and design consistency. -Availability to work remotely -Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complexity. -Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. -Advanced PowerPoint skills (visual storytelling, slide master, animations, formatting, templates). -Experience in medical device manufacturing or other highly regulated industries (FDA, ISO 13485, GMP). -Intermediate to upper-intermediate English level (written and spoken). -Deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, process documentation, and data visualization. -2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment. -Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
