Proven ability to lead large-scale tenders and complex stakeholder networks. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence at all levels. Manage and deliver procurement tenders, ensuring competitive, future-focused solutions. Experience with an integrated model advantageous. Advanced digital and technology capability, with a passion for innovation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with national reach.
