Tasks

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes across our engineering consultancy. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety. -Assist in the coordination and scheduling of internal and external audits. -Audit Completion Support - Timely coordination and documentation for scheduled audits. -Compile and present KPI data for monthly and quarterly reporting. -Safety Awareness Engagement - Distribution and visibility of safety communications and materials. -Monitor STEM hours and company contribution to the Venterra Group -Assist in promoting safety awareness through communications and training coordination. -Assist in gathering sustainability statistics across the company -Business Improvement Tracking - Number and effectiveness of improvement initiatives supported. -Help to promote sustainability across the Geoscience -Maintain registers for audits, risk assessments, and safety observations. -Attending relevant committee meetings -Support the implementation and tracking of business improvement initiatives. -Support the preparation of audit materials and follow-up actions. -Monitor incident reporting and support investigations and follow-up. -Ensure quality documentation is properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible. -Help prepare and maintain risk assessment documentation across projects. -Track and log non-conformities, incidents, and corrective actions. -Liaise with project teams to gather and verify quality-related information. -Maintain and update documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS). -Incident Reporting Timeliness - % of incidents logged and escalated within required timeframes. -Undertake Internal audits across all areas of the business

What You Bring

-Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001 and or 45001or other quality standards is highly desirable. -Experience working with quality systems and documentation control. -Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. -Environmental expertise -At this time, we are only able to consider applicants who are authorized to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative or quality support role, ideally within engineering, construction, or technical consultancy. -Experience in an administrative or quality support role, ideally within engineering or construction. -Experience with audit preparation and compliance tracking. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control systems. -Non-Conformity Closure Rate - % of non-conformities tracked and closed within target timeframes. -Attention to detail and familiarity with quality and safety processes. -Strong organisational and communication skills. -Education in H&S – NEBOSH General -Exposure to audit preparation, incident tracking, or compliance reporting.
