Tasks

-Consolidate team action items and track their completion -Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learned -Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessary -Manage annual contract extension matrix ensuring amendments are completed on time -Support development and updates of monthly reporting -Create templates which allow partners to understand and apply the data analysis results -Ensure documentation is well organised and accessible -Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including creating a live reporting tool for real time progress reporting, trending, data validation & regional communications -Prepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns and predictions using program data -Support vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding

-Have experience in data analysis for a large project -Have w ork ed closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisions. -Enjoy collecting and interpreting data, analysing results & creating automated reports for stakeholder review -Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics
