Tasks

-Participate in internal and external meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and action plans. -Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and alignment with company policies and standards. -The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy. -Support performance evaluations and staff development initiatives. -Oversee the overall progress and performance of ongoing projects within the department. -Collaborate with department management to improve procedures, quality standards, and workflow efficiency. -To provide supervision and oversight for project operations within the Inherent Defect Insurance department. -Identify operational issues and work with relevant teams to develop and implement solutions. -Supervise inspection and coordination teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks. -Provide guidance and technical input to support the resolution of defects and construction-related issues. -The Civil Project Manager ensures effective workflow among inspection engineers, coordinators, and technical staff, resolving project-related challenges and supporting management in achieving departmental goals related to quality, efficiency, and compliance. -Review and validate project reports, timelines, and deliverables for accuracy and completeness. -Monitor workload distribution, ensuring balanced and efficient task allocation among team members.

What You Bring

-PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. -Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers. -Resolution rate of operational and project-related issues. -Compliance rate with departmental processes and standards. -Solid understanding of construction methodologies, quality standards, and defect management. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. -Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. -Timeliness and accuracy of project deliverables and reports. -Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure. -Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel). -Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or supervision within construction, insurance, or engineering fields. -Strategic thinking with attention to detail. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering . -Professionalism, accountability, and a collaborative mindset. -Strong leadership and team management skills.
