Tasks

-Payroll accounts Reconciliation on quarterly and annual basis -Ensure timely reporting of all payrolls withholding tax payments -Collaborate with work sites to ensure accurate and timely entry to Time Entry module and resolve time entry issues; assist with Time Entry as required -Process full cycle hourly, and salaried payrolls, using our in-house ERP system -Answer internal and external payroll inquiries -Processing remittances such as CRA, Unions and WCB -Manage, reconcile, file and remit monthly, quarterly and annual stakeholder payments (WCB, EHT, etc.)

What You Bring

-Customer service-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Effective verbal and written communication skills for business environments -Knowledge of U.S. payroll processes is an advantage -Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification from the National Payroll Institute -Eagerness to learn new systems and platforms, such as Workday and ServiceNow -Demonstrated ability to process payroll accurately and efficiently within tight deadlines -Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level -Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision -Over 2 years of experience in an administrative or related role -Strong organizational and time management skills -Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities accurately -Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
