Tasks

-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project development. -Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions. -Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine proposals. -Lead the conceptual design phase, translating client needs into compelling architectural concepts. -Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings. -Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to integrate into designs. -Mentor junior architects and contribute to their professional growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years

What You Bring

-Should have at least 8 years total experience; 5 years should be in the UAE -Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp -Strong creative vision and ability to think strategically. -Should have strong experience in REVIT BIM -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field -Extensive experience in architectural design and project management. -Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software. -Excellent communication and presentation skills.
