Experienced in managing teams and production workflows in a designer of record environment.
Knowledge of asset management processes and information delivery related to Aviation projects.
Experience with Aviation and Airport BIM projects, particularly in Maryland. Familiarity with the PEGS standards from Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is a plus.

Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, or Architectural), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field supporting BIM in AEC. Equivalent experience also considered.
A proactive problem-solver, effective communicator, and relationship builder.
7–10 years minimum of CADD/BIM leadership experience in diverse technical environments and business segments.
Ready to supervise, mentor, and inspire up to 5 direct reports in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
