Tasks

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation -Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures -Report changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager -Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice

What You Bring

-Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues -Ability to lead a team and use own initiative -Experience working with older people in residential care -You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people -You will have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent)
