Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Sourcing Specialist - Arabic Speaker, located in Abu Dhabi. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and conducting initial screenings. Day-to-day tasks will also include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, utilizing various sourcing channels, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
