Tasks

-Follows company standards and practices when processing transactions, as well as applicable state laws and guidelines -Maintains cordial relationship with realtors, lenders, builders, buyers and sellers to promote/solicit business -Returns all calls, voicemails and e-mails in a timely manner -Coordinates the closing between all parties to the escrow -Adheres to company policies and guidelines.

What You Bring

-High school degree or equivalent required- Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred -Ability to complete routine residential resale, refinance or builder escrow transactions, including document preparation and the accurate preparation and submission of the closing disclosure -Must be a certified notary public in the state of Texas -Knowledge of SoftPro is preferred -Ability to read and understand title commitments -Understands real estate regulations and guidelines. -Minimum of 3 years escrow experience is required -Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word -Texas State Escrow License is required -Ability to resolve title issues (e.g. corrective deeds, vesting, federal tax liens, abstracts of judgment, bankruptcies, mineral rights, boundary disputes and encroachments)
