Tasks

As a Quality Technician within the QA/QC department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the company’s products so that they meet customer requirements and comply with the company’s quality assurance and development procedures. -Take ownership of quality issues within your area of responsibility and coordinate resolutions. -Ensure ongoing compliance with internal and external quality standards. -Handle nonconforming materials, including segregation and management within the quarantine area. -Prepare, maintain, and update quality-related reports and documentation. -Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the resolution of customer complaints. -Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) to validate supplier components before production. -Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) to ensure raw materials meet required standards. -Manage supplier returns, track issues, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. -Oversee the supplier goods receiving area, ensuring all incoming products are inspected and handled appropriately. -Perform Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) for finished products to ensure compliance before shipping.

What You Bring

-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) is a plus. -Willingness to travel occasionally. -Ideally, initial relevant professional experience — preferably through internships. -Experience working with merchandise management systems is desirable. -Strong employee culture -A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
