Tasks

-Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams. -Mentor and develop engineering and commissioning teams. -Support business development activities including bids, client management, and growth strategies. -Drive continuous improvement and uphold best-practice standards across quality and safety systems (ISO, H&S, etc.). -Lead commissioning and handover of building and infrastructure projects. -Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and workload planning. -Manage project quality, safety, risk, and performance.

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools. -10+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years in a project or commissioning management role. -Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Construction Management (or equivalent). -Confident communicator with strong leadership and organisational skills.
