The Role

Overview

Assist managing daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring compliance and resident service.

Tasks

-Communicate regularly with property owners and stakeholders -Assist in budget preparation and monitor monthly financial performance -Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, addressing concerns promptly -Manage rent collection, financial reporting, and delinquency resolution -Coordinate tenant placement, renewals, and retention strategies -Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other applicable housing regulations -Maintain and monitor property condition and curb appeal -Work closely with leasing, maintenance, bookkeeping, and administrative teams to achieve portfolio goals

What You Bring

-Proven ability in marketing and leasing strategies -LIHTC experience and certification (Tax Credit Specialist or equivalent) preferred -Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Appfolio) preferred -Strong understanding of compliance, tenant income certification, and HUD guidelines -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
