The Role

Overview

Provide HR advice on attendance, employee relations, and policy development for the Council.

Tasks

-Promoting equality, inclusion, and fairness in all aspects of service delivery. -Study the job profile and explain how your knowledge, skills, and experience make you a suitable candidate -Advising managers on our Maximising Attendance Policy, helping to improve attendance and wellbeing across the organisation. -Outline your experience in analysing data and reporting findings -Liaising with employees, Personnel colleagues, Occupational Health team, employee support, and trade unions to ensure a consistent, supportive approach to absence and employee relations issues. -Providing expert advice on discipline, grievance, dignity at work, terms and conditions, and other personnel matters. -Leading investigations and representing Personnel Services at hearings and meetings. -Contributing to the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures.
