The Role

Tasks

You'll have full ownership of the HR function, working closely with senior leaders and managers to shape, deliver, and embed effective people practices. -Be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters across the business. -Partnering with leadership to ensure HR supports business growth. -Reviewing and updating policies and procedures in line with legislation. -Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit. -Supporting managers with coaching, guidance, and best practice HR advice. -Leading on employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
