Tasks

From large-scale commercial new builds for blue-chip clients to private residential developments, iconic towers, and national government frameworks, you’ll work across exciting and impactful projects that truly make a difference. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with project leaders to deliver outstanding results for our diverse client base. -Undertaking commercial management services with limited supervision -Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player -Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients -Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control -Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior/Associate Cost Consultant to become an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team in Haywards Heath. -Sustainability and Data Skills i.e. carbon assessment and Power BI -Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) -BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent -Proficient CostX or other Cost Planning software -Private commercial sector experience – ideally experience gained from some of the following: offices, residential, hospitality, major projects, fit out and refurb -Pre and post-contract experience -Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
