The Role

Overview

Support asset management, data analysis, reporting and coordination for large infrastructure projects.

Tasks

-Contribute to asset information, performance and risk insights by interrogating technical data, and asset performance information. -Assist with the coordination of cross‑package interfaces, asset allocation and transfer activities, and the resolution of change proposals across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. -Build and maintain strong working relationships with project delivery partners, client representatives and internal Aurecon teams, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture. -Design and refine reporting tools, dashboards and Excel‑based automation to track delivery progress, and asset performance indicators. -Support the development, review and implementation of asset management improvement programs, including the development of strategic artefacts (such as strategic asset management plans), and asset management plans -Develop and maintain asset management procedures, , and supporting artefacts that enable clear accountability across the asset lifecycle.

What You Bring

-High level of written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, documentation and presentations for technical and non‑technical audiences. -Australian working rights, and the ability to obtain any necessary security or access clearances for client sites. -Strong research, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical and commercial information. -Experience with asset information systems, asset allocation and transfer processes, or land and property interfaces would be advantageous. -Adaptability and flexibility in working with, and across, multidisciplinary teams, coupled with a proactive, learning‑oriented mindset. -Experience using Excel and data automation to streamline reporting, asset registers or delivery tracking, with an interest in broader digital tools and analytics. -A tertiary qualification in engineering, asset management, or a related engineering/commerce discipline. -Effective planning and organising skills, with a track record of balancing competing priorities and deadlines. -Experience supporting large‑scale infrastructure or transport projects, ideally including exposure to asset management, construction surveillance or geotechnical activities.
