-Collaborate with wider Egis teams to develop market leading and innovative services to our clients -Network and support business development opportunities -Contribute to UK Water Strategy to identify growth areas and opportunities -Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders -Provide technical and expert advice to clients, manage and deliver projects

What You Bring

As an ambitious professional with plenty of experience, you will have a background in the UK Water Sector with a good understanding of the challenges it faces as it adapts to a changing climate and increasing population. Your role will involve working with the UK Director of Water to help foster growth within our core team, collaborating with peers across all disciplines and developing existing and new relationships with clients to maximize our combined offerings and secure new wins. Must have the right to work in the UK. -Mechanical or electrical technical background with history of collaboration and project/team leadership across both disciplines including instrumentation and control -Experience in the design of water and wastewater engineering deliverables with multi-disciplinary knowledge and teamwork, including environmental and sustainability aspects -Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills -Ability to build relationships with and manage internal and external stakeholders -Demonstrable client, contractor or consultancy experience in UK Water Sector -Decisive and calm under pressure -Chartered member of a professional institution such as IMechE, IET, CIWEM, ICE etc. -People management and team leadership experience -Experience working in D&B environment -BEng or MEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering -Excellent business development and work winning skills -Experience of each stage in the design cycle from concept, feasibility, detailed design, construction and commissioning -Knowledge of current UK water industry standards and regulations
