Tasks
-Generate, process, analyze and review the daily business reports -Manage a diverse team effectively and efficiently lead and develop them -Ensure the branch is m aintain ing federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standard s -Ensures the security and proper maintenance of all branch property, equipment, and other assets by developing security systems and procedures, and implementing a regular schedule of equipment maintenance. -Effectively grow a diverse portfolio of customers and a nswer / resolve customer questions -Ensures product pricing meets profitability targets by reviewing / updating costs and pricing decisions. -Grow revenue for the branch and district by a chiev ing financial goals and objectives based upon business plan -Manage a fleet inventory mix to maximize revenue and profit -Establishes, with executive staff, sales and profitability goals for the branch. Develops and implements operating plans and budgets to meet goals. Regularly monitors performance against goals and takes corrective action where necessary. -Manage Profit and Loss reporting & Operational reviews -Controls branch operational costs, including labor, supplies, freight, utilities, etc. to ensure overall branch profitability. -Implementing Safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan -Manages branch inventory to ensure security, accuracy, ability to meet customer product requirements and branch turn goals. Ensures cycle counting program is implemented per established procedures. -Oversees storage and delivery operations, including receiving, labeling put-away, and order fulfillment. Creates and monitors delivery schedules to ensure accurate , on-time product delivery.

-Excellent customer service and organizational skills. -Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce -Emotional Intelligence and influential leadership skills -Result Oriented, Strong presentation and collaboration skills -Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines. -Excellent verbal and written communication -Minimum six (6) years of experience and track record of success in operations management preferably in trench shoring or construction -Must have a valid driver 's license
