-Lead the development and implementation of robust MIS frameworks and reporting systems across the Group. -Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in collaboration with business and finance teams. -Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. -Oversee monthly and quarterly management reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and business insights. -Ensure consistency and governance in data, reporting standards, and performance metrics. -Develop and automate dashboards and performance reports for senior management.

Prypco Group is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Head of MIS to lead the company’s management reporting, financial planning, and performance analytics functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background—must be from the Big 4 or leading advisory firms—with proven expertise in MIS, reporting, and FP&A. -Relevant years of experience, ideally from Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms. -Deep expertise in MIS, FP&A, and management reporting. -Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). -Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. -CA, CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification. -Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.
