Tasks

-Develop and maintain testing and monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and accuracy -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components -Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members -Develop and maintain core platform and systems, the main exchange, clearinghouse, APIs, connectivity solutions and tooling -Build systems for recording, cataloging, analyzing, transforming and publishing market and trading data -Design and implement robust electronic trading systems with a focus on reliability, performance and automation

What You Bring

-Experience with FIX and other market connectivity and order entry protocols -Strong communication and teamwork abilities -4+ years professional engineering experience -Strong programming skills in languages such as Go, Python, C++ or Rust -In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, database technologies and analysis techniques -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred -1+ years experience in electronic trading with market facing role -Familiarity with algorithmic trading principles and execution strategies -Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and apply problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment
