Tasks

-Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of CCU equipment to prevent downtime -Implement and maintain protocols for data management, system checks, and incident response -Train and mentor junior operators on best practices and operational procedures -Respond to system alerts and emergencies with prompt and decisive actions -Perform data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives -Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve real-time operational issues -Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective workflow and communication -Maintain accurate documentation of operational activities and incidents -Monitor and control operations within the Central Control Unit to ensure optimal performance
