Tasks

Learn the ins and outs of construction estimating by supporting our Estimating Team in reviewing project documents, performing takeoffs, and preparing cost proposals. Support the Project Management team with planning, tracking, documentation, and communication on active construction projects. Estimating Intern -Assist in risk, quality, and change management -Maintain cost and subcontractor databases -Assist in software training (e.g., Accubid) -Perform quantity takeoffs for electrical systems -Participate in job site visits and field investigations -Communicate with vendors and internal teams -Help prepare bids and analyze subcontractor proposals -Prepare reports on project health and status -Help ensure projects stay on time and on budget -Participate in team meetings and project evaluations
