Tasks

-Coordinating with subject matter experts, discipline leads, managers, and others to integrate technical content and proposal materials. -Occasionally assist with marketing materials, presentations, or client communications. -Review RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to understand submission requirements, and maintain company databases and confidentiality requirements -Develop proposal schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Draft and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards, proposal requirements, and company messaging. Ensure proposals are reviewed and approved prior to submittal. -Integrate technical and marketing information into cohesive narratives.

What You Bring

All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, be a resident, and residing in Calgary or be willing to relocate to Calgary to be considered for this position. We are committed to employment equality. -Degree in related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, English, etc.) -4 to 6 years working as a proposal coordinator in similar field -Able to work independently -Excellent expediting skills -Excellent time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules -High attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, problem solving -Proofread for grammar, formatting, and compliance. -Excellent communication skills -Advanced MS Office and Adobe skills -Excellent writing skills
