Overview

Tasks

-Manage and develop finance and accounting team members. -Monit or and manage the organization’s cash flow and liquidity. -Provide regular financial insights and to support business growth and operational efficiency. -Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. -Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. -Oversee the successful transition of the ERP from Sage to Netsuite -Maintain compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. -Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency. -Monitor performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions as necessary. -Promote a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. -Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare periodic forecasts. -Analyze variances and communicate financial results to senior management. -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. -Oversee investment and financing strategies a s appropria te . -Partner with the executive leadership team to create strategic financial plans. -Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, and payroll. -Manage banking relationships and debt covenants

What You Bring

-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. -CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred -Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. -Mainta in effective internal controls and safeguards of company assets. -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, or a related field ( Master’s degree or MBA preferred) -Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. -5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. -Proficient in financial software, Netsuite required -Establi sh goals and performance metrics for the department.

Benefits

-Compensation: Upto $175,000 + Bonus: Up to 20% of base, based on performance -Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required during peak financial periods. -Office environment; hybrid or remote work available
