Tasks

-Communicates challenges about scope, cost, schedule and quality -Leads the development of their discipline's design on simple projects, and supports complex projects, including simple to moderately difficult technical analyses -Supports the preparation of simple to moderately complex designs or small portions of larger projects, including calculations and drawings -Conducts communications in a professional and clear manner; communications are timely and in an appropriate format for the topic. -Interacts with clients on a limited basis -Works with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages -Applies technical knowledge to designs and ensures projects meet specifications -Self-checks work assignments prior to submitting for review, completes work with minimal errors. Participates in peer reviews and QC reviews. -Identifies information to be communicated to the client and project stakeholders through team leads and project managers.

What You Bring

-Bachelors Degree in engineering at ABET accredited university -3-5 years of electrical distribution design experience OR 5-7+ years of electrical utility design experience. -Understands and applies appropriate industry codes, standards, and regulations -Design Review Experience -Gains an understanding of CAD programs and the software analysis tools utilized in engineering design
