Mechanical Site Manager

Overview

Lead and manage all mechanical works on a large residential M&E fit‑out project.

Tasks

The Mechanical Site Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all site or project activities, ensuring successful delivery on time and to specification. -Liaising with the Project Manager and engineering teams to address technical issues. -Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. -Ensuring quality assurance and control procedures are implemented and maintained. -Managing all mechanical works on site including installation, testing, and commissioning. -Attending site meetings and providing regular progress reports. -Overseeing health and safety compliance and ensuring a safe site environment.
