Tasks

-Be the go-to resource — maintain up-to-date “How To” documentation and occasionally assist at the front desk. -Support accounting operations — maintain organized records, handle petty cash, and contribute to continuous process improvement. -Lead the charge on billing and invoicing — create, process, and review customer invoices, including international shipments and specialized orders. -Communicate with customers — follow up on payments, send reminders, and answer billing questions with professionalism and care. -Collaborate cross-functionally — partner with Sales, Shipping, and Logistics to ensure smooth, accurate transactions from start to finish. -Keep customer accounts in top shape — record payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve short pays quickly and accurately.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or GED, plus at least two years of college or equivalent accounting training. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. -Bonus skills: 10-Key by touch and 40+ WPM typing speed. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you’re confident with customers and colleagues alike. -the ability to manage multiple priorities. -Strong attention to detail and -2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing (manufacturing or distribution experience is a bonus!). -Comfortable working independently and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
