Tasks

-Managing and negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers. -Preparing and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and cost plans. -Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You Bring

Our client is one of Ireland's most successful cost consultancies with an excellent client book who are hiring a QS with Electrical experience for the Data Centre team. -Strong knowledge of pre-contract and procurement processes. -Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field. -A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying.
