Join Oline Construction and help lead the next chapter of growth in Omaha and beyond. -Supervise and mentor crews, ensuring clear communication with project management and clients -Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain safety, quality, and productivity -Review drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and constructability -Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce Oline’s safety standards -Lead and oversee field operations for structural concrete and flatwork scopes -Maintain schedules and monitor progress to meet key milestones and deadlines

Concrete Superintendent – Structural & Flatwork The ideal candidate will bring strong field leadership experience and a deep understanding of layout, formwork, rebar, and finishing operations. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can mentor field crews, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently. Tilt-wall experience is a plus. -Tilt-wall experience preferred -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Strong understanding of layout, formwork, rebar, finishing, and equipment operations -Proven ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple scopes in the field -5+ years of experience leading structural concrete and/or flatwork construction projects
