Tasks

-Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams -Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve service levels -Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries across multiple channels -Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation -Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics using Excel and other tools -Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation providers to ensure cost-effective solutions

What You Bring

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination. -Solid negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms. -Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. -Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
