What You Bring

-Strong experience in verbal and written communication. -logic and analytical skills; -Candidates who are offered and accept a position with the State of Connecticut are bound by the State Code of Ethics for Public Officials and State Employees, which is available at www.ct.gov/ethics. -Knowledge of -Demonstrated interest in IT support through coursework, internships, or personal projects. -Experience following documented procedures and escalate issues appropriately. -Exposure to ticketing systems. -interpersonal skills; -Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to -functioning and use of information systems; -Customer service orientation and patience under pressure. -CompTIA A+ Certification (preferred but not required). -Flexibility to travel to various office locations as needed. -In order to be considered for this job opening, you must meet the Minimum Qualifications as listed on the job opening.
