What You Bring

-Able to leverage specification strategy with main contractor and housebuilders customers to gain higher margins and better product mix -Be a creative thinker and have the ability to think from a solutions perspective, rather than deferring to the status quo and traditional methods, including being adaptable to changing needs and specifications -Working knowledge of procurement routes with the capacity to lead negotiations with key stakeholders using our broad value proposition as a commercial lever -Detailed knowledge of RIBA -Commercial experience across a wide number of stakeholders within the building industry, including tier 1 housebuilders and main contractors
