Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of diverse and progressively responsible industry related experience.
• Experience should demonstrate proficiency in working with operations, asset optimization, trading/deal execution, knowledge of distillation processes and economic analysis.
• Well-balanced interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communications skills are required.
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
• Prior experience working with legal documents and/or detailed and confidential material.
• Ability to negotiate customer agreements.
• Ability to develop business documents such as customer letters, proposals, summaries, etc.
• Must be flexible and able to work effectively in a team environment and consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanor/attitude with co-workers, clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Must be a problem solver with the ability to find resolutions.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to execute commercial agreements for purchase and sale of products
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision and/or direction.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the petroleum business, fundamentals of refining and key market factors
