Tasks

-Responding to client queries on deliverables. -Communicate effectively to Clients, Internal Stakeholders across all levels of management -Participate in special projects as designated. -Track city real estate segments - residential, commercial, retail, logistics, warehousing, co-living, etc -Tracking economic performance indicators, policy initiatives, investments. -Independently gathering data pertinent to the assignment through on-site collection of data relating to scope of work agreed -Report Writing, Presentations -Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc, & data verifications. -Research, Demand-Supply Analysis, -Presentations, writing reports, white paper, impact briefing analysis on any major announcements.
