Tasks

-Perform descriptive and diagnostic analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities. -Validate and audit datasets, ensuring data integrity through cross-referencing and verification. -Collaborate with database administrators and technical teams to build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines. -Document institutional knowledge and data logic to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity. -Assist in developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. -Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 25 pounds. -Work closely with team members to align data practices with organizational objectives and compliance standards. -Collect, organize, and enter structured and unstructured data into systems with a high degree of accuracy. -Support automation and standardization of data processes and workflows.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire. -Regular use of computers and standard office software. -Strong analytical and data validation skills. -Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. -Frequent use of standard office equipment and computer systems. -Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts and relational databases. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, VBA/macros). -Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. -Familiarity with database systems and data governance practices. -Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer. -Primarily office-based work environment with standard equipment and moderate noise levels. -Experience creating technical documentation or process guides. -Exposure to quality systems, operational analytics, or process improvement initiatives. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
