Tasks

As Vice President, Finance, you’ll oversee budgets, revenues, forecasting, and FP&A across the entire business, leading a team of four finance professionals. This role reports directly to the CEO, giving you strong visibility across the organization and a key voice in shaping financial strategy, supporting growth, and driving long-term company performance. -Present key financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team, playing a critical role in shaping long-term strategy and overall company performance. -Lead and mentor a team of four finance professionals, overseeing daily accounting, compliance, and banking activities while supporting long-term capital planning and risk management. -Develop and maintain financial systems, tools, and reporting processes to enhance visibility, streamline workflows, and support informed decision-making across the organization. -Partner closely with project teams to develop cash flow models, track performance, and maintain strong financial control over each business line. -Drive strategic financial initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved profitability across operations. -Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes across the business, ensuring accuracy and transparency at both corporate and project levels.

What You Bring

-Ability to be a liaison with internal and external stakeholders -Deep understanding of financial strategy, accounting principles, treasury functions, and capital markets with experience managing budgets of $25+ million. -Extensive experience in finance, accounting, or investment, ideally with significant exposure to renewable energy. -Background in construction, manufacturing, or engineering industries is highly preferred. -Four-year college degree in accounting or finance is required. -Experience managing finance functions & teams with an emphasis on leadership development and mentorship.
