The Role
Overview
Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery of rail projects.

Tasks
-Continuously evaluate scheduling metrics to improve processes and enhance forecasting accuracy. -Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with planned milestones and project goals. -Prepare and present accurate project reports, detailing progress, risks, and variances to stakeholders and management. -Analyze and identify risks, delays, or challenges that may impact project execution, and provide recommendations for mitigation. -Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using designated planning tools. -Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules and ensure resource availability.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated experience in project planning within an engineering, construction, or manufacturing environment. -Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory. -Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities. -Advanced knowledge of analytics and reporting tools. -Experience in planning large-scale projects within a matrix organizational framework. -Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data to forecast project outcomes. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field required. -Certification in project planning and scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP) is highly desirable. -Background in risk management or control systems is a plus. -Strong proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
