Tasks

Maintain and update construction schedules using Microsoft Project or equivalent software. Maintain a secure, well-organized, and professional job site at all times. Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, project managers, and team members. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement timely solutions. Manage and coordinate day-to-day on-site construction activities. Supervise trades and crews while enforcing quality standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety standards and job site regulations.

OSHA certifications required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of construction documents, blueprints, and building practices. This role requires a hands-on leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing subcontractors, schedules, and on-site safety. You’ll work directly with project managers, clients, and tradespeople to ensure each project meets our high standards of excellence. Minimum 5 years of hands-on supervisory experience in high-end residential construction or related field. Hands-on construction experience with tools and trades is essential. 110k-125k based on experience Self-motivated with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bilingual is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel. Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, Pro-Core Project Management Software, Jonas Software and Bluebeam.
