Tasks

Responsible for independently managing end-to-end travel, facility, and administrative operations. The role focuses on ensuring a well-maintained, efficient workspace and smooth travel experience through proactive coordination, local vendor networking, and cost-effective service delivery. -Oversee facility management, hygiene, safety, and maintenance through regular inspections and prompt issue resolution. -Manage domestic and international travel bookings, visa processing, and related documentation within defined timelines, with a clear understanding of visa, ticketing, and travel compliance guidelines. (India Singapore USA) -Collaborate effectively with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external partners to resolve issues efficiently. -Supervise support staff, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and adherence to hygiene and operational standards. -Maintain accurate trackers for invoices, bills, and travel expenses for transparency and timely updates. -Take complete ownership of travel, facility, and admin processes to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy. -Plan and coordinate office events, celebrations, and logistics with seamless execution. -Build and maintain strong local vendor networks to ensure reliable and cost-effective services.
