Tasks
-Support engineers and Business Development to meet project goals and deadlines. -Creation of BOMs -Provide pre-sales and design support. -Promote a positive working environment to achieve the organization’s goals. -Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements. -Provide internal and external training sessions on Servtech UL solutions. -Develop applications to meet specific needs and business goals. -Reviewing client specifications to ensure appropriate equipment is selected for the application -Sizing and selection of power distribution equipment including: -Act as the bridge between engineering teams and end-users.

What You Bring
-Safety is essential at Servtech and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate. -Previous Consulting Engineer and/or post sales experience a plus -Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required -5+ years of experience in application engineering, design engineering, or technical support in electrical distribution, controls, or automation. -Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities. -Knowledge and experience with the National Electric Code for sizing and implementation of conductors, raceways, equipment clearances, and other code requirements. -Experience using ETAP electrical design and study software is preferred -Experience with utility, industrial or data center electrical systems -AutoCAD drafting experience beyond a basic level is preferred -Experience developing drawings for fabrication of wireway systems is preferred -LACT Stations, Custody Transfer Metering -Experience using AutoCAD (Electrical AutoCAD preferred) to review and create: -Experience with electrical equipment component vendors. -Must comply with Roeslein & Servtech’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees. -VFD panels -Working knowledge with 480 VAC to 4,160 VAC 3-phase systems and equipment -Excellent Communication skills; both oral and written is required -Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. -Comfortable with Customer interaction and bridging gap between engineering and business development team -Must be able to identify and resolve problems promptly. -Experience of electrical power systems, protective devices and control schemes -Must follow training and company procedures. -Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts. -Experience in laying out panel design. -Custom Electrical and Motor Controls and Panels -Understanding Conductor and raceway sizing -Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required. Excellent organization and planning skills. -Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power systems engineering, or related field or equivalent experience. -Knowledge of UL 508A, UL 891, NEC, and related standards. -Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
